Registration & Check-in at Damen Center
On Arrival
Congress Registration Desk ~ Damen Center
Please go to the Congress Registration Desk, which will be located downstairs in the Damen Center. You will receive a Congress Welcome pack containing the Congress program, Congress pass, map and other useful information. The Registration Desk will be open from 9 am until 5:00 pm on July 29, 2018.
If you are arriving after 7:00. You can check in at the dorm and come to the Mundelein Hall for the opening reception. There you will be greeted by a volunteer who will check you in.
Coming on Monday or later? You will need to go to our offices that are upstairs in the Damen Center to check-in. Everyone must have and wear their name badge in order to get into any of the CL sessions, Main events, workshops or evening performances.

Please Bring Proof of Registration
If you have registered online via this website, you will have received a confirmation email. Please print this and bring it with you or be able to pull it up on your phone. (If this is not possible, please make sure you that you bring your registration id, quoted in the email.)
Parking
All vehicles on campus must have a parking permit. Even though participants have the option to park on the street, Conference Services suggest that guests park in one of the university’s parking structures. The cost associated with parking is $7 per day.
Things to Do After You Have Registered
After you have registered, you can walk around and get acquainted with Loyola’s Campus, get some refreshments at the Damen Center or nearby restaurants. Sunday’s dinner is not included in your meal plan for those staying at Loyola.

The Cafeteria Will Be Open
The Damen center cafeteria will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Sunday for a small fee. Feel free to get a meal before the Congress starts.
Open Reception for All (5:00- 6:45)
The 11th International Congress will start with a Welcoming Reception in the upstairs area of the Damen Center. There will be a wine bar with soft drinks and some appetizers served for you to enjoy.
This will be followed by the Opening Ceremony at 7 pm.
