Use of Hands with Dynamic Elasticity from Your Back and Feet

Open to Teachers/Trainees

Whether we make contact with our hands to sense the student’s direction, to give direction or to give the student an experience of ‘going up’ by doing with our hands on a non-doing basis, we can be more effective by having a dynamic elasticity through our whole structure. In this workshop, we will explore monkey and hands on back of chair to promote dynamic elasticity and as the fundamentals of hands-on work.
