Carolyn Nicholls trained with Dilys and Walter Carrington. She has two MA’s, one in Alexander Technique Teacher Training and the other in Creative writing. Combining these two skills is the background for her workshops. She runs the Brighton Alexander Technique College and her graduates are well known for their articulate teaching. She has taught postgraduate workshops all over the world. She is the AT consultant to the Southampton Medical Research Team (ATEAM ASPEN AND GREAT). She is a successful published author.
