Refia has been teaching AT for over 33 years, with extensive experience running groups, residential courses, a private practice and teaching on training courses throughout the world. For the last twelve years she has been the Head of Training at the London Centre for Alexander Technique and Training (LCATT) in London. Refia has a powerful intuitive approach while maintaining a rigorous understanding of the principles of inhibition and direction which brings a great depth and understanding to her ‘hands on’ teaching – which is her passion!
