Tom Vasiliades

Tom Vasiliades is the training director of the Training Center for the Alexander Technique-NYC training course in New York City. He was a senior faculty member for ten years on training programs directed by John Nicholls. His post-graduate studies include work with John Nicholls, Walter Carrington, Dilys Carrington, Peggy Williams and other first generation teachers and senior teachers.

 

He has a private practice at the Alexander Technique Center for Performance and Development where he works with performing artists, people with chronic pain and respiratory problems, and those interested in personal growth and development. He coaches student and professional actors in the Alexander Technique and character development.

 

Tom teaches at The Juilliard School. He has taught the Technique in university settings (The New School for Drama and NYU undergraduate drama), medical offices and health clubs.
